Common mistakes to avoid
- Not photographing the mechanism before disassembly, reference photos solve 90% of "how did this go back together" moments.
- Working over carpet, springs and clips vanish. Use a tray with compartments for screws.
- Skipping the cleaning step, fit new parts onto clean surfaces only.
Unplug the unit and let it sit a few minutes before opening, and if anything looks different from what you expected inside, send us a photo before forcing anything. We answer within one working day.
